I emailed the company and this is the reply that I received.
As you pointed out the Company has strengthened its financial position considerably, primarily through the sale of its Watershed tungsten project in Queensland for $15 million. This sale, which was announced in May 2018 and completed in August 2018, has allowed Vital to repay a $1.4 million debt to Macquarie Bank Limited, so that we are now debt free.
As soon as we can provide an update to the market we will do so.
