date hasn't been announced yet. The capital return and consolidation have to be approved by shareholders at a general meeting. This will probably be held in April(?) as notice of meeting is to be mailed to shareholders by end of March. Record date will probably be announced after meeting if proposals are approved. So plenty of time to buy still I would think.
