Just asking, but since our financial year end was 31 March, weren't we supposed to hold the AGM by 31 August (5 months after year end). If they are relying on the Covid exemption that allows an extra couple of months, the market should have been informed I believe.
Also, where is that tax ruling so we can lodge our returns on the capital return.
