thought I'd note that if you included the capital return of $0.163 to todays price hovering at 2.21 equates to an implied sp of $2.37 (which I believe would be a new 52 week high)
if hy results exceed guidance or land at top end along with a healthy dividend I believe the re-rating will follow however the catalyst to hit the high 2.80-3.00 range would need revenue growth from a major contract
