They are spending big on exploration at the moment. They will need to spend on plant, and in the last activities statement (q4) mentioned they had been presenting to institutions in a number of countries.

So the obvious thing is happening. Everyone and their dog is keeping the price nice and sweet for a discounted capital raising. I wouldn't imagine it will be long now.
