In my view..
They are seeking SH approval to extend on the 15% rule .. meaning to gain the ability to issue a greater number of shares than permitted under the ASX 7.1 listing rule, which could be anywhere from issuing 1-500 mil shares, which would in turn demonstrate that the ability raise funds if need be (for there purposes)
I'll tell ya what folks..
If the first well is successful the SP should go to the moon ;-)
