    Market is irrational so it presents big opportunities. The dividend for the next twelve months has been downgraded to 10c and will be payable out of net cash flows. The underlying businesses are sound and profitable.
    At 10c, it represents a yield of approximately 33%. Hard to beat in anyone's language.
