capital to raise - how?

I thought i would see what holders think could be the options for raising the required funds.

I'll start:

1. Share issue in PLV (placement, SPP, or other)
2. Farm in arrangement with Cockatoo project (existing structure)
3. Incorporate the Cockatoo island project and sell % to 3rd party
4. Debt funding
5. Convertible note issue
6. Further presales
7. Share issue of preference shares (non-voting) with higher return
8. Instalment warrants issue
9. any combination of points 1 through 8.
