is not connected to Australand, therefore which ever idiot brough it up in the whole capitaland discussion is spudding rubbish, as for you joint venture posting, thats a business arrangement, it is not a merger therefore what possible connection you think there are? It is highly unlikely the two of them will do a JV to buy out Centro, Australand itself might want to buy part of Centro (Australian base assets)but there is 0% chance of a JV between the two to take on assets that not one of them is 100% familar with (USA Assets).
Learn to read the post properly and research before you start to spudding rubbish. I want CNP to go up as well, but back your claims up with fact damn it people.
