    If CapitaLand buys any AAZPB, do they need to announce that to ASX?

    I don't know - are the significant shareholding change rules the same as for ALZ? - but I have wondered why there isn't a scheme for Australand to buy back ASSETS on market. That's surely in their interest _and_ in the interests of note holders, since it will keep the price up.
