This is not a gambling arena... This is a well established business and even though it was $10 a year ago and now it is 24cents. IT means nothing ...
IF they recapitalise as they say they are doing and decrease their debts.. The property market will boom again (To many people: this is commercial and it is not housing; they work differently).. the sun will shine on Centro again and they are making money and they will still make money... Directors have learnt their lesson this time... For future's sake they will refinance earlier than expected. They will keep their debts to minimal.. Funds will have confidence in Centro again.. And in one year time it may reach to 10 again..
This is not a horse running against another horse where one might win by a whisker this is a long term business and not horse race...
