Theoretically, it is a logical statement to assume that the sum total is similar ... I just have a few nagging doubts about the reality of it.
For me, the frustration of trying to process outcomes in today's complexity is that history continues to show that so few situations evolve as expected because of the known unknowns and unknown unknowns.
I'm not saying that you are wrong, just that I have nagging doubts about it ... perhaps for no other reason than the ethics of the edifice and whether they will sustain the structure.
