Capitol completes acquisition of Southern Radiology
The Directors of Capitol Health Limited (ASX:CAJ, “Capitol”) wish to advise that the acquisition of
the operations of Southern Radiology (“Southern”) was completed as at close of business on 31
March 2015.
Southern has commenced operations under Capitol from 1 April 2015.
The details relating to the acquisition were previously released to the market on 10 December
2014.
Southern is a multi-specialist, multi-practice operation located in the southern metropolitan area of
Sydney.
Managing Director John Conidi commented, “We view this acquisition as the springboard to future
expansion interstate. The professional capabilities of this operation and the reputation of the
individuals involved will further enhance the Capitol network.”
