On the 3 Month chart you will clearly see that 3 announcments were made before the Jump the last""Refinancing 3.9billion of its own debt""and relaxed on the peak after the 4th ann ""centro receive offers to buy stake""
IMO when the news is out CNP will Halt then open high if good or gap down on bad news or not what they expected news.
