I don't understand this pre-occupation with CR (as in further share placement on the market, institutional or otherwise) like it's the only, or even the best, way to raise working capital. If they need WC its because they've got a truck load of orders...at which point funding options are plentiful. Banks / syndicates, large deposits for early order fulfilment, even bonds are an option (unlikely). A CR will just dilute the shareholding - what's the point? It I were Mr Bart I'd be lining up a bunch of banks for WC funding - cheap money really. Cash flow should amortise it pretty quickly.
