Very Disappointing after stock had got to $0.15 - $0.16, management choose to dilute it. It will now have 450M shares in the market. North American Investors will control 200M - 230M shares and those loyal shareholders who have stuck by incompetent management who have overspent on capital expenditure and messed up drilling expenditure. I expect share price to sit around 12 - 13 cents since a lot of people will sell here. This just amounts to management having more cash to spend at the expensive of shareholders who have been let down over the past 3 years and stuck by them.
