oversold, I'm loading up with AFG..
At present the contangion means Guilt by association is enough and AFG is being hammered on this theme alone.
I do not believe they have a primary negative exposure to spread widening and in fact could benefit. AFG have already made a statement regarding this so will probably wait to the next scheduled report meaning the market is left to it's own devices.
Also the Options premium (I have been writing some) is very generous on AFG suggesting some informed players are building leveraged longs.
