It is times like this when all sense and reason go out the window
Correct me if I'm wrong, but was the SP not considerably higher than this prior to LYC winning the latest court case in Malaysia, or securing funding in the amount of $150M to potentially have first feed in December ?
Did the judge not make comments ruling in favor of LYC ?
Those saying the stock is a dog is unjustified and without reason. The company itself is business as usual one could assume with funding secured to suffice at least in the short to medium term.
The stock price itself though may resemble the dog this week ...
The question everyone should ask is, if the instos always intended on 'killing' the SP and shorting it to high hell, why were they so quick to accept the placement at $0.75 ? Why not leave LYC in desperate need of funding and short it even further ? This is a little puzzling.
