Worst case scenario they come to share holders to raise the money and pay for this latest deal.

So would Share Holders help out, my guess is a lot will and Socius apparantly being our big holder might even blow off the cobwebs and depart with some change.

My guess will be if they can get Vanmag sold, Mashala paid for and that debt to Range Resources sorted out and Penumbra online and cash comming in we should be fine.

If they finalise all the above stuff and cut down on overheads we should come out ok.

But If they continue down the road they have been I would say the stock price will be worth bugger all, but CCC would still continue on with management collecting big packets.
