61c a key Gann level it needs to hold being 66% of the extreme low to high and also the 66% retracement of its move up from 34c last August.Back in today at 62c but not a good sign that it closed near its low of the day and if it breaks 60c expecting it to fall to 51c.

Also the Soros fund selling was due to a change of fund manager who doesnt like the the mid cap energy sector and sold out of all these holdings and was not specific to RFE,check out stock watch on fnn.com 18th june for more.
