If the Malaysian contract has been delayed or put on hold, I would have thought that would be classed as material information. (Is'nt there something called "continuous disclosure"!)
The people running this company have got to remember that the shareholders are the ones who own the company. When they raised money to aquire nexbis there were rosey announcements coming all the time.
Another thing thats worth thinking about is the fact that they have no debt, I like everyone else thought it was a real positive, but probably the real reason for no debt is the fact that no bank would give this company one red cent. Obviously shareholders are more of a pushover than a bank.
