    I personally think that Wandoan NOT happening is already factored into the price for MTE and other Surat basin coalies.

    Someone made a comment that the IRR at 16-17% seemed light on. Please let me know where you invest your money to get a better return than that or that return please??

    As the whole purpose of the IRR is to factor in risk with pricing!
