Landstead needs the price to be $0.01 or less so that they can get 64,900,000 shares for less around $0.02 (instead of the $0.0765 per share they paid for back on 8 December 2014). The last swap settlement will be on 8 June 2015. So still 3 months to go. Price might get to 0.005 by then!
