tallmantim, maybe the people receiving the CVI placements prefer shares because they are already holders who can make easy money by guaranteed price levels.

eg say the price is at 35 cents and they get whiff of a placement at 25 cents...so they sell their shares in the 30s and get them back at 25.

then they get whiff of another placement at 15cents, so they sell their shares in the 20s and get them back at 15.

who knows who all these placements are going to?

i said it months ago when we had the first placement at 15cents: imo, i dont think placements are any good for shareholders as a whole.

its like watering down your milk
if you do it too many times, you end up with water.
