    What theory would anyone place on the Caplin /PriceWaterhouseCoopers report on cvi.Was this a fabricated story done at the time as an excercise in report writing by a junior graduate on work experience who by his own estimates by virtue of the dart board came up with valuations of the SP AT SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 45/73 cps.Any comments
