a week or so ago a poster said that a deal had been done but it won't be announced until cxy hit 20c.
as we now know, cxy went into a trading halt at 20c pending a capital raising.
another postulation....perhaps this points to an asx listed company who needed cxy to hit 20c so that it appeared ok to their shareholders.
