i was in the bank today and saw some commercial realestate books, advertising businesses. That's really the first time i have looked.
just for some spanky little cafe, the rent is 220k pa.
food is obviously a good sause of revenue.
gee, i wonder how centro's centres are anchored?
i think it is christian bookshops
i will say it again:
the centro shopping centres are the motels on parklane and mayfair.
everyone knows what happens to the game of monopoly once you get a hold of those.

hardly surprising that games are being played.
