    I've seen this many times where the SP is capped and stops any forward movement.

    Anyone shed any light on why? There's a 6million sell order at 0.015 seen it appear many times on this stock. Never close enough to the action to actually be sold. Will disappear again when upward pressure on the SP dissipates.

    What benefit does it serve?
