No need of drilling readymade project. At the same time estimated amount of resource not stated. Share price goes to 15 cents.

Price has been nearly 15 cents for a week now.

Announcement comes of aquiring already producing oil field. THis oil field has already pumped 100000 barrels of oil. Still price is capped at 15 cents.
