    On close:
    - you wanted to buy shares to see it close flat (so placed an order to achieve that)
    - they wanted to sell shares to send it lower (so placed an order to achieve that)

    What's the difference? Does that mean you were trying to manipulate it ?

    Or is it just a question of pure economics at work.......prices determined by supply and demand?
