Just a thought.
Drake purchased 5m shares in a 4 day period in July to take their stake to 35m (bit of an odd number).
Perhaps they have increased their stake over the last 3 days to 50m,
15m of the 17m traded could be Drake, at 10c their investment is looking better.
If there is not the follow-on agressive buying we have seen this may be the reason.
One of any thousand of expanations, if it is, hope they go higher next month
