Shares have becomed so unvalued, sentiment so bearish (could get worse - the circle i placed i reaction is where we are heading) then we will have an excellent reserval. When ? is the question. My bet H2 of 2012.
Maybe another 10-20% downside left ? Either way - why sell now ? Ive been a buyer and now will wait to see Gold's reaction. If we dip in a deflationary scary before easing - I'd buy more. This will make many people some serious cash imo. If you look, there is 100% moves in the index vs gold after serious lags. I dont think we will see 2008 crash.
What i like about all this, MYG is set it self up for a run H2 with positive results (dfs, finance, WW start mining, upgrade etc) for the next up leg with Gold stocks.
Dont lose faith is my call.
