You have to be foolish to release now knowning the DFS is so close (i.e. this or next week)!!

My guess is early next week (possibly monday)!
Reasons:
- didn't someone say THR management still have a final meeting with some party this week...
- this week is divided by Anzac day public holiday(wednesday)

Done a bit of research over the weekend.

Estimates of THR's resource & ore reserve is looking outstanding (high grades & good recovery). With the current prices of Tungsten and MO looking good, the "Net Operating Cashflow" of this project is looking quite positive. The last estimate was $116 Million AU after tax & royalties (prior to CAPEX)... so Net cashflow after CAPEX = $45 million (AU) (reference - 01/02/08 Ann).

I aslo had a look at WLF's tungsten project and THR's project is on par with theirs. THR has higher grades & WLF has more resource (as others have also suggested on HC). Although they have more resources (going to be 4th largest tungsten mine), i noticed their IRR (internal rate of return) is shockingly low (21%) from their 2011 DFS. THR's 2006 DFS suggested 111%. I speculate that their Net cashflow after CAPEX might be quite low too considering how much their CAPEX is (104 M pound = ~$166 M AU). THR's Moly project CAPEX is estimated to be around $69 M AU. (Reference - WLF's 2011 DFS & THR's 2012 Anns)
