    Hey Baron,

    I think CER is an indication of what CNP will do on the lead up, I didn't look was CER capped today?. I'm looking at picking up a parcel for the short term just to average up my shares. Just got to get the timing right. If I can pick up 100,000 and get 20 to 50% on quick sale that would be KOOL.
