I should note that there is very little changes that were brought about by the "new" 2011 AIPN model JOA..and from memory there were no material changes to the provisions dealing with PE rights (if the 2 are being compared).

I Note that the French version JOA between Petrosen and Hunt was signed in March 2005. I would like to think that this JOA between Petrosen and Hunt was based on the 2002 model JOA but looking at the structure of the Petrosen/HuntOil JOA I don't think that that is the case.
Would be good if we can get a translation.

I can state with a high level of confidence that the 2011AIPN model JOA was not used for the current JV.
