@szaba CN was making the point (why should COP worry about whether they got the $430m from WPL, FAR or others?) in the context of wondering why COP wouldn't release the details of the proposed sale to WPL. So FAR could then confirm that they would preempt (or if the actual cost of the transaction is much much more, then maybe not)
