    i reckon the couple of cappers at 15 are buyers at 13 13.5 they were applying the same sort of tricks when it was stuck at 9 10 10.5 level interesting once cds left this level it hasn't looked back.....i reckon its smart money trying to get set before the next push up to 20 cents
