oz3000 after yesterday's effort by CNP I am ambivalent on this stock. You can read through my hundreds of posts, many of them with quite detailed analysis, and tally up the positive vs negatives if you like but that won't do you any good.
They will have great difficulty getting good prices for the assets for the forseeable future. Until they do they will have the hangman's noose around their necks.
They have little room for error. If the US economy turns down again, they make another major blunder, another property company folds flooding the market with stock or any number of things that they could normally weather go wrong they may very well go under.
If they thread the eye of the needle and come out healthy on the other side we will all make a truckload of money.
The non-existant bogeyman capper has no bearing on the outcome.
It's a gamble pure a simple.
