Fair enough.

I also agree that CNP is a gamble with a lot of unpredictable factors at play, but I'm willing to take it for the moment.

Mnagament is obviously a massive key and they have to play all their cards right or they really will screw this..

I do think though that with an extension (prefreably 12 months) the global economy should be in a much better position to look even further in the future which should bring stability to commercial real estate values.... As well, by then stability will be hoepfully restored to the credit....
