Exactly my thought. For now the question remains unanswered. Should the company try to get hold of the full amount needed this would more than justify the London retreat in the share price since it would add massively to supply. However I remain sceptical regarding the company's ability to get it over and done with all at once. There should be an additional debt component to it.
