phuket - despite your inability to constructively contribute to this thread or in any other meaningful manner, in between your "I've been burnt by a stock before" undercurrent, there is an actuality within your prose......CNP is high risk to the uneducated, inexperienced, risk-averting, or conservative trader, thereby cutting out a slice of the demographic.......AND........if re-financing, or delayed financing dates, are denied, chicka-chow!!!, everyone loses.......BUT.....if re-financing, or delayed financing dates, are agreed to, inevitably the SP will grow, and grow at a rate which, should one have considerable amounts invested prior to the bang, the return rates will be sufficient to keep the bride in cashmere for several more months......one could reasonably expect, with confident support from financiers, that the SP will be actively encouraged to grow exponentially, in order to ensure recovery of the massive outstanding loans, and continuation of an otherwise profitably operating entity.......What is occurring here is based upon the motivations of investors (big and small)......
