Correct me if I am wrong but it was stated unequivocally in the announcement of 27/1 that the JORC would be out in February:

Resource modelling of the geological data and laboratory XRF results has begun and resource estimation will commence when all of the Davis Tube Recovery (DTR) results are available. As a consequence od laboratory delays, the maiden JORC will be delivered in February.

Has management issued any statement varying this timeline?

IMO and in the absence of other fundamental news, the current sell down has to do with all of the selling that occurred on 9/2/2011. A lot of the free float was transferred from strong hands to weak hands i.e. people buying on news based on a single announcement.
