How does a capraise with an issue price premium work, when capraises are for a discount.
Been lots of talk the company can issue shares at a premium of 40 cents and pay for the mine. How can that happen, who would buy the shares?
We need to look to alternatives for the bonds as they are stalled. Why wasn't a capraise at a premium looked at before these disaster bonds
