Look, I think with that correction occurring in the US scaring off some investors, and the fact that there has been no news, when recent announcements have suggested we would have news by now, has seen someone throwing in the towel. There has been a number of recent transactions with smaller gold companies, that suggest that the bigger companies are out looking to add to resource. Fortunately, a couple of my holdings have been involved.
Also no one is interested in silver outside of the US and latterly Canada, particularly in Australia.
I think that in Canada there is finally a breakout with the mining ventures index, it is likely that Australia will follow in due course.
This technician is excellent, while it refers to gold, silver will bebefit.
