It's certainly one, and will be on the table.
Unfortunately, as some of the usual PM pundits cal it:
If all else fails, we go to war to justify a reset, austerity, and new economic paradigm.
That in itself will propel PM's. Unfortunately at a greater cost.
So we should also be looking at what might constitute that, or be 'manufactured' for that to flag a new paradigm..
