Interested to know why you used the valuation $30, $1, and 25c.
This puts the average around US$60 ish for gold a few years ago... (when AU was perhaps US$2000/Oz)
I know that not all resources are the same, and splitting unnecessary hairs perhaps..

Finding the same for Silver was more of a problem,, probably due the number of variables involved.. and lack of primary silvery producers.
I guess we'll find that out with the DFS..
Free cash flow on that is only increasing since they last ran the numbers..
