I think I answered part of that question.
His latest example on his website refers to Gold at US$2500.
I see no mention of silver but there is reference to his book. (written circa 2021)... ?
That would make a huge difference to the perceived value of silver in the ground..( ie when silver was in the low US$20's)
The reason I'm being a little pedantic, is basically I like the calcs, but I like to back up my own, with relevant and reasonable price data. Thanks , mate.
