There is a discussion there about the difference between cashflow & NPAT/EBITDA and people's speculation as to what this means.
In short, many people (myself included) believe that the company must 'invest' OPEX in advance in order to reap the cash revenue from their caseload.
Revenue of $165m on Page 46 closely aligns with $162m Cash "Receipts from customers" on Page 49 so this should be a clear indication IMO.
