Yes I agree the company really should provide more information, graphically if possible, during investor presentations. It's not a simple company to analyze given its billing structure.

On the positive side
-I just read a news report stating that closing arguments for the J&J pelvic mesh class action occur next week. It's quite possible there will be a large settlement out of court in the near future.
- Around a month now to half-year accounts and you would assume by now the auditors (E&Y) have most of the numbers in so I would think that a profit downgrade being released is increasingly unlikely as Feb approaches.


On the negative

- We don't really no for sure yet what the impact of the new accounting standards relating to WIP and etc will look like yet, so I guess it is possible their could be a non-cash/goodwill write down in the next report.
