It begs the question - what passport did he use ?
If it were a genuine Passport, was this declared at Christmas Island for refugee status?
If it was a fake, why was he allowed to leave the country ?
Lots of questions - lets hope the inquiry doesn't take as long as the FWA Thomson inquiry!
